Get whatever you can from the dealer, if you are new to caravanning they could do you a starter pack of Wastehog and Aquaroll, 12 volt battery, number plate to match the tow car. The electric cable should come with the van, you should get the regulator and pipework but will have to haggle more for a gas bottle. Good luck, if you don't ask, you don't get.
everything above and more, like said if you dont ask you dont get.
SPARE WHEEL, remember if you do not have a servicable spare wheel in your caravan or car the breakdown services will not cover you for the costs involved.
A pump and gundge repair kit will not repair all flat tyers
The salesman will tell you the costs of the extras, but dont forget these extras cost himm a lot less because he buys at trade price.
Your final words to the sales rep should be "i will buy this caravan today if you supply this list of extras"
But make sure he does not reduce your trade in price
Simple answer. Read the brochure. It should tell you what is included. Spare wheel for instance. Otherwise ask the dealer.
Some items are always included, electric cable, gas regulator and pigtail hose for either butane or propane (they will ask you when you buy), plastic step.
As others have said, haggle on the rest, you may haggle for a simple discount or for extras to be included. Most dealers give a discount card for their shop whenever you buy a caravan from them.

Gas bottle? Hose for water/waste? Electric hook up cable? Gas regulator? Spare wheel? Other stuff?
Yes to all those things, but the dealer won't include a single item that he doesn't have to - why should he give money away if you make it too easy for him?
With our two-year old van we negotiated all the things you listed above (actually, two gas bottles) plus Aquaroll, Wastemaster, Leisure battery and a new PowrTouch motormover.
Negotiating is easy - just be calm, quiet, polite and prepared to walk away if you cannot reach agreement.
I bought my first caravan about six months ago and in the price was the "starter pack" which included the battery, number plate, wastehog, aquaroll, , electric hook up cable, step & the grey water pipe that goes into the wastehog.
The things I didn't get was the gas bottles, which I found strange, but there you go.
But as others have said, haggle as much as you can out of them.
