Hello all.
We have just purchased a Prestina 280 air awning, and when we got it the box was ripped open, and the psi gauge is missing ( we assume it had one, as according to a YouTube video, it comes with one ).Can anyone tell us where we can purchase either just the gauge or the pump and gauge please..And will any "make of inflatable awning pump fit it???.
Thank you

It was a private sale with the pump, and I can't find "Prestina's " website anywhere..are they a real business like Sunncamp or just the make of awning? ?.

As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.
If I were you Carrievan69 I wouldn't waste my time trying to replace the pump supplied with it.
Despite our salesman's claims that it speedily blows up the awning it damn near killed me!
We bought a marine pump designed for inflating dingies which cost around 60 quid and connects to the leisure battery. It blows the blighter up very quickly.
Ours is the Prestina 390 and very happy we are with it.
Actually if you want the hernia inducing pump contact me and I'll give the the one that came with ours.
I am caught between a rock and a hard place now, my GPS says I should exercise more, but , by the sounds of it, pumping up the awning will finish me off ...:-)

I have been told this sort of thing but quite a few people we have spoken to on our travels..so I think I will just stick to pumping without the gauge, thanks to all for the advice. ..I have taken on board what you have said, or should I say my wife has, I just found out she has taken out a huge life insurance policy on me.....:-)

Hi, hope you get this, I see its been a while since your post. Did you ever get the gauge with your awning. We have just bought one, and like you. It's not in the bag. Thanks KD

I'd pull the plug on that thing - I've had plenty of arguments with them regarding navigational directions without them offering unsolicited medical advice as well!
