Thanks I've git to get my kampa rally awning converted back to fit the van.
Yeah it is very big, I think it's about as big as you can go before a twin axle.

Actually not as bad as I thought. Sometimes it actually feels better which is weird.
But to begin with I was concerned as its 7m480 long sometimes I get corners a bit wrong and cut them tight, nearly had the back end hit a bollard on a corner. I'm sure I will get used to it.

Hi MrT, we went through the same thing a couple of years ago. We sold our Pathfinder and bought a caravan. Our first van was 7.3m and I was so terrified about cutting corners and catching the wheels. I once saw a twin axle do this in a service station car park and when it dropped off the kerb the tyre popped.
Now it's just second nature and I don't really think about it. It won't take you long to get there. Good luck and and enjoy your new pride and joy.
Thanks graeme, just want to start using it asap.
Got motor movers being fitted soon so no more struggling. Hopefully camping just got a lot easier. Though I do miss the pathfinder.... Well I actually still own it.

Hi lobey, how you been ? How's your caravan ?
Got a few little bits to sort like the door has gone a bit yellow,
But swift customer service is 10/10 so far best I've ever dealt with.

Will be nicer when you don't have that second hand door on it.
------------- XVI yes?
As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.

Hi MrT007, My van has not been out of the garage all year.
The weather has not given us a long enough period to warrant us heading off anywhere, but I have been busy doing a major revamp to my back garden which will bring the promise of keeping us in fruit and veg for the next 20 years.
