On a metered supply they can not by law resell that electricity to you more expensively than they are charged by the utility.
They can't even recover their installation and operating cost via the meter charges only via the sites pitch fees.
So as you are on a meter then I can't see electricity cost from a utility being anything like as expensive as buying gas via exchangeable bottles.
Totally differing arguments come with fixed price EHUs, but here we are talking metered and you have legal protection from exploitation. If you sense being exploited then report it to Trading Standards; I have come across it being done.
