Spent the weekend before last at Eskdale in the Lakes. Endured some pretty extreme weather - or so I thought - and gingerly brought the outfit home via Carlisle with gale force winds and lashing rain for company. By far the worst weather I've driven in with the 'van, so very pleased with the way everything behaved.

Checking yesterday though I never would have made it back last weekend. Feel so sorry for householders and (as a small businessman myself) businesses who are so awfully affected by the floods.
