As it looks like a trailer on a trailer (effectively a road-train), it would be illegal in the UK.
Unless you are a `showman`, whereby you can have trailer upon trailer, don`t need an MOT, don`t pay road tax and aren`t (or certainly used to be) exempt from the C&U regs which are designed to make the vehicles safer on our roads. So if you fancy one, a circus or funfair is for you.

It certainly is not illegal in this country. By mounting a fifth wheel trailer on a dolly it becomes a 4 wheeled
"Draw-bar" trailer and may be towed by a suitable RIGID vehicle although it is speed restricted. The confusion arises because many eu hauliers use a dolly to pull two semi trailers behind one tractor unit. This is illegal and any haulier arriving in the UK would be required to drop the dolly and second trailer on the dock of arrival . I believe the law on "Cabotage" has now been relaxed within eu but it used to be the case that once a foreign haulier had dropped a trailer on uk soil the onward journey had to be completed by a British registered vehicle...............Mick
