Yep, picked up the new van today and love it! A Hobby Prestige no less! Needs a good tidy up and a few screws tightening here and there but overall good shape and ideal for our trial full timing summer plan.
I've always loved Hobbys but was put off by tales of not being allowed on sites so did a ring round of our favourite places to make sure we'd be allowed on and they all said yes
Another thing that was stopping me was my post 97 licence (I'm young,
Only 31!) as if I had a heavy van I wanted a heavy car to tow with, really glad I got that sorted as its such a nice experience driving a sure footed vehicle with a twin axle caravan
Anyway, I'm off or start some tinkering (no pun intended) on the driveway!
If you are towing with vehicle in picture then body length excluding A frame needs to be under 7mtres. Otherwise you need a tow vehicle over 3.5t gvw such as largest size Merc Sprinter or Transit.
Yes, some models are just under & some are just over so one needs to take a tape measure to be sure. Certainly don't take seller's word for it because there are so many different variants of same model number.

Agreed, certainly with hobby vans! All over the show!
