You might want to check on the roof. The seemingly wonderful Alu-Tec construction uses a join right across the roof of some, if not all Bailey models, covered by a thin plastic strip. (There is a similar plastic strip inside which is not sealed and can be pulled down with the fingers. Then you'll soon see if the water is coming in here.) Water will collect either side of this strip, and if the strip is not well sealed, you can get water coming in and running down the walls. Ours lasted just a year before water poured in.
