We went yesterday. Very busy but enjoyed looking what was on offer.

If you are going this weekend, just a couple of tips. Come off the M60 at junction 9 not 10.
Keep to the left and drive straight into the Trafford Centre Car Parks. Park as close as you can to the right of the Centre.
If you know the area drive round to where you enter the double storey car park. Go to the top and park close to the metal steps near the bridge. Up the steps, left across the bridge and down and over the road to Events City.We find it easier that way, especially if it's raining.Get there as early as you can and enjoy.
Oh! Take a couple of sandwiches to keep you going.

We went for the free entry this evening, it was very quiet and enjoyed a good nose around the new vans. Having never been to the Manchester show before, I was a little disappointed with the accessories on offer.

I work at the Trafford centre a couple of days each month, but could not get any free tickets for the event, I was not even aware that there was a free entry evening event, what time was that from, not that I would want to go of an evening in any case, you need a full day to do a proper show justice.

I did go a couple of years back, but to be fair I am not sure who benefits from the event apart from Event City themselves.

The show is not a patch on the ones held at the NEC, I would sooner go to the NEC and spend the night before in a budget hotel, well worth the spend for a decent event.

Francis, the free entry was from 4.30-7.00pm on the Friday, we only really went to see what accessories there were. I want a rotary washing line for our seasonal pitch this year.Thwere were a lot of non caravanning stalls like facials, massage chairs etc.

I will definately go to the NEC in future, much more to see and do.

We've just got back from a visit today. We enjoyed having a good nosey in the new vans and motorhomes.

Try Argos. I got one last year for £15. The camping accessory shops will be at least twice that.

I thought the show was disappointing for accessories too but we only went to get ideas of motorhome layouts. And the day out of course.
