I no u been asked over and over but just one more I've got a modern liecence that Ime told restricts Wat I can tow could anybody tell me could I tow a small caravan on that liecence my car is a vw bora 1.9 tdi highline ???? Am told limit is 750 ???
You need to do some research & gain some understanding yourself if you want to tow safely. Theres plenty more to it than just getting the weight right.
The 750kg 'limit' you speak of may refer to unbraked trailer weight limit & then only if car is of sufficient kerbweight. Forget that as a caravan has brakes so not applicable to your purposes.
Going on just what I know without looking at specfic weights & so on I can tell you that your Bora will be ok towing a caravan of around a tonne, loaded & ready to go & that should be enough weight for you to tow safely. You can tow caravan as described on just a B licence which is the licence you will have if you passed your driving test after 1997.
Do post back & ask more questions as they arise in order to learn to load caravan safely & so on.

You can get small caravans of around 750kg gross loaded weight but not many. Look out for the glassfibre Freedom caravans, available from brand new to restoration projects on ebay. Also Eriba Puck which again is expensive at any age.
Best bet for cheap usable lightweight 2berth with loaded weight under a tonne will 1990s caravan, good ones often well £1000 on ebay. As pointed out you will be ok with your car to a tonne or so laden weight.
Probably with you car legal tow weight could be well over a tonne & still legal to tow on just a B licence, max tow weight will be in car handbook.
The legal max tow weight of any car will not be the safe weight limit to tow a caravan though. As pointed you will have bigger choice of reasonably priced small caravans if you go to about a tonne loaded weight. Many 90s 2berths are about 900kg gross loaded weight so ideal for your purposes.
Check the weight plate on your car. It'll show the max laden weight of the car and the gross train weight which is the max weight of car and caravan added together. Then find out the kerbweight of the car, if you can't find these figures just post the exact model details of your car and somebody will look it up but you will still need to double check these with your particular car.
There's plenty of information about towing in the towing forum, a quick read of that will explain things.
Yes that caravan would have been ideal, look on the listing, it says 'Maximum Allowable/Authorised Weight (Kg) - 867', so gross loaded weight well under a tonne. It's sort of caravan you are looking for but obviously you need to check for damp in body & probably budget for a new set of tyres regardless of wear if they have not been changed for many years.
