I am looking to buy from this dealer having had all sorts of dealer problems elsewhere in the past.Do they sort out your problems fairly and quickly.Has anyone "tested " them - are they customer orientated?

Hi Misterg

Purchased a trailer tent from them, after sales service has always been excellent. They are a small family company and I believe they genuinely care.

I wanted an upgrade to the trailer tent and they took it back to manufacturer in Holland for this to be done.

No problems with servicing and have always been helpful in answering any questions that have arisen.

My mum dad had caravan of them some years ago service was good even let them take the caravan to eastnor castle so they could swap everything over from one van to another

We have bought a couple of trailer tents from them aswell in the past and have always received an excellent service. The first tt we bought from them didn't have the kitchen ready when we went to pick it up - this wasn't a problem as when it arrived - Chris who sold us the tt travelled the 100 mile journey to personally deliver it to us! If they had a van we liked I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them.

I had excellent dealings with them when they acquired the Holtkamper dealership.

Even though I had not bought my unit from them, they could have not been more helpful
