Do you need the Dome Lid for the Cadac Grill O Gas BBQ? Is there any benefit to having it or can you get away without it? What does it do?
I just want to use the grill o gas as a gas bbq mostly. Occasionally will use as stove cooker configuration as have a wonder pan/double skillet which I can put on top if I want the 'oven' configuration, so not sure I need the lid, but will bow to your knowledge. Just wondering if there is any benefit to the lid in BBQ mode?
