Hi,I am trying to find someone to take my old caravan,over the winter its become water logged,and unmenderable.We have phoned around,but they do not get back in touch.We wondered if anyone out there can help us,We live in the chesterfield area.Kind Regards Lee

Scrap is worth nowt now.

We had to BEG a scrap man to take 6 tons away from our farm...

Maybe gumtree freebie as the chassis could go towards a trailer..???

Hi Lee, I too live in Chesterfield and had to get rid of an old caravan to make way for a newer one. None of the scrap yards wanted it and I was starting to think I would be stuck with it.
I then decided on a quick 3 day listing on eBay with a 99p start price ............ It went for £350 ..... It was 32 years old..!!
It went on the same day I picked up my slightly newer caravan. Hope this helps.
