Has anyone else experianced this issue once the front bed sleep system is set up all of a sudden on slight movement the slats fall out of the runner so you have to get out of bed and carfully try and get the slats back into the runners not good and very annoying especially when Baileys advertise this as the dream sleep no such thing on my van think the slats have been cut to small
Same thing, slats on earlier ones were to short, the dealer should sort for you.
Ours is fine but have a friend with same van but who picked it up in march 16 had this issue and they had the slats changed. We picked ours up in July 16 and was advised Bailey had changed the slat size and we have had no issue.
Simple to put right but annoying until it is right no doubt.
... Not happy... ours has been back to the dealers twice and still not fixed.. they have replaced the slats, but not the runners, and the slightest movement means they come out...... we have now spent no end of time either ferrying the van back and forth to the dealers, or waiting for it to be fixed - its now stuck on a seasonal pitch 100 miles away, unusable (and costing us money). Seriously considering asking for a full refund as they don't appear to be able to fix it- so disappointing, we were so excited to get a brand new van, but its been nothing but hassle and expense so far..
We're the same back and fourth they face butchered our runner with 'the fix'. Which clearly isn't. We're in south of France at present and every night have to reset it. We're ow sleeping in the couches as single best. Crazy. I've paid 18k that's not fit for purpose. Will be pursuing again when we're back
