It sounds more like a case of Vertigo which can affect people in different ways. My wife had it a few months ago which only lasted for several weeks but the symptoms made her sick, dizzy with occasional headaches but eventually it did pass. Luckily so far it hasn't returned but she still doesn't know what triggered it off but one thing for sure we know is it wasn't the caravan as we hadn't been out in it at all at the time.
Some people who suffer from Vertigo get the same sort of unstable feeling when climbing heights but like I said, it can affect people in different ways.
If it doesn't subside in the near future it may be worth discussing it with your GP to see if it is related to the anaemia you are currently suffering from.

Well, I bought some of those sickness bands for wrists and it seemed to do the trick, we bought a caravan today 👍 So now I'll have a lot more questions but will open in new threads.
