Leda Pennine were produced around the late 1980's and had a plate fitted above the door inside the caravan. There should be a 2 figure date code eg 89 to give the year of manufacture.

I think that may be a CRIS code, which would make it post 1991. I'm not sure whether it contains a date, as my caravan is too old to have a CRIS code.

If the code on the windows has 17 digits it will be the CRIS number. The tenth digit will give the year, N=92, P=93 etc.
