Hey guys I've just recently purchased a Hobby 700. Everything works in the van apart from the fridge and toilet flush.
My van is fitted with a full size Thetford fridge freezer. It's an odd one because the freezer works but not the fridge.
Another problem I've got is with my thetford c402 toilet. The flush is not working. If you press the button there is no life. I've check the fuse in the waste compartment and the 15amp fuse looks fine.
Is it connected up to mains hook up supply or totally reliant on 12 volt power?
The toilet flush is operated by 12 volt power (leisure battery) so if the battery has low voltage then this explains why the fuse is okay but the flush doesn't function.

The fridge problem could be the fan - If that is not working it will not transfer cold air from the freezer to the fridge. Can you hear a fan running sometimes ? They are usually situated behind a grill in the freezer part - accessible from the freezer.
Fairly easy to change if you can get to it. However all fridge freezers are made differently.
The fuse in the waste compartment for our Theford toilet is a 3 amp. I'm surprised you have a 15 amp fitted. I wonder if it has allowed the pump to burn out?
The pump is quite easy to get to on our van - just ease out the blue disc on the flushing tank with a screwdriver. It has a kind of mastic (sp)? and will replace OK. Feel inside the flushing tank and you should find the pump. It's just like the water pump you drop in the aquaroll. You can pull out the pump and make sure it's not just sticking, as our did a few weeks ago. If it's a gonner I don't imagine it would be a huge expense to replace and it should be a diy job.
Sorry if my description doesn't tally with your toilet - I don't know what model we have.

Just thought of something else - How long have you waited before testing how cold the fridge is ? Some fridges take over 12 hours to get the temperature down if there is no circulator fan. (Which is a fan inside the fridge - not the pump to circulate the chemicals.)
Also - if you are relying on the battery hook up to drop the temperature - don't - The fridges in a lot of caravans only keep the temperature at the level it starts at.
We had a similar problem with our domestic fridge/freezer at home, the freezer may be working overtime but the fridge gets warmer not colder. The bracket that held the fan broke, a simple & cheap fix.
