Is it connected up to mains hook up supply or totally reliant on 12 volt power?
The toilet flush is operated by 12 volt power (leisure battery) so if the battery has low voltage then this explains why the fuse is okay but the flush doesn't function.

it could just be a relay for the fridge, but you will need a meter to check

The fridge problem could be the fan - If that is not working it will not transfer cold air from the freezer to the fridge. Can you hear a fan running sometimes ? They are usually situated behind a grill in the freezer part - accessible from the freezer.
Fairly easy to change if you can get to it. However all fridge freezers are made differently.

Just thought of something else - How long have you waited before testing how cold the fridge is ? Some fridges take over 12 hours to get the temperature down if there is no circulator fan. (Which is a fan inside the fridge - not the pump to circulate the chemicals.)
Also - if you are relying on the battery hook up to drop the temperature - don't - The fridges in a lot of caravans only keep the temperature at the level it starts at.

We had a similar problem with our domestic fridge/freezer at home, the freezer may be working overtime but the fridge gets warmer not colder. The bracket that held the fan broke, a simple & cheap fix.
