This must have been covered before, but a simple question recommendations for a lightweight 3 arm multi adjustable TV mounting bracket please.
Thanks Derek
I fitted a TV mounting bracket to my van about 12 months ago and have had no problems.
I am acutely aware though that I need to dismount the TV from the bracket before towing as the dynamic load then will be much greater than the static load when stationary and would probably pull the screw mounting to the cabinet.
Mine is only a 1 arm bracket about 10 inches long.
A 3 arm bracket could be much longer and then the dynamic load transferred to the mounting screws would be much greater and more likely to pull the screws from the cabinet when towing.
I dismount the TV by removing one of the swivel pins.
Quick and easier than removing the screws at the 4 point mount on the TV.

I fitted a vision plus, it as a removable arm which just slots into the wall bracket, really easy to remove the arm and TV for transit.
I also bought a spare mount and use the TV in the kitchen at home.
It's positioned on the side of the wardrobe in my van, so I fixed a wooden batten on the inside to give it extra strength and and a solid fixing for the screws.
