Hi we have an eterniti genisis ib4 2014 ongoing issues with water problems we keep getting told to adjust the pressure switch but it's in the housing so as I'm aware it can't be adjusted the problem is the pulsating in the shower and the pump running over when we close the taps.we have a direct water supply also we have tried an aqua roll with the float kit but still the same on the direct supply there is a dripping from the housing the green block doesn't seem to fit in right but with the aqua roll the green socket does not drip please can anybody give me some advice before the wife goes insane thank you for reading.

Hi Bigal,
Now I am no expert but could you be dragging air in through a leak in the pipe or connection and the pump is cavatating?.This I would think would keep the pressure low.
The only reason I mention it is you seem to be having connection issues at the connection point.Are there any cracks around the connection point?.

If it's a direct water supply I'm not sure why you need a pump.

Can you describe the system.
