Just bear in mind that if things go wrong is reaction with window causing crazing or cracking due to heat build up,they are not cheap things to replace.A totally different proposition to having glass done.
May even be a scammer looking for a theft,as they want to know make and model of van and where it is located.
Just out of curiosity and because I had nothing better to do I did a Google search on this company. According to their Facebook page they have been doing window tints to caravans and motor homes on the continent for the past 5 years. Their Facebook page only started in January of this year and has loads of photos of units that they claim to have worked on. A lot of the photos seem to be duplicated, triplicated even, - a photo with date in May with caption along the lines of work done over the weekend, then scroll further down the page and it seems to be the same photograph but with a much earlier date!
Another link on Google shows the company has an address in Driffield, North Humberside.
Personally I would avoid.

I had the bathroom window done on my old caravan, just used the regular car window tinting film, works a treat, I wouldn't worry about anything going wrong, it's a plastic window, why would putting a film on it ruin it.

Because plastic expands and contracts with the rise and fall of outside temperatures whereas glass doesn't. If the tint film doesn't expand at the same rate then something has to give which is likely to be the applied surface film.
