Can anybody tell me how on earth I can remove my rooflight so I can re seal it. The problem is the plastic trim that houses the winder fly screen etc.. How do I remove that without breaking it?
Cheers
Kev,
Not sure which roof light you are referring to ,if you are referring to the big Heki, make a mistake and you are a thousand pounds out of pocket.
Not being offensive, but if you need to ask how to do it, might be worth getting it done professionally.
If you go for it yourself ,might be on Youtube.
Regards,
Greg
Thanks for the replies fellas
It is the rectangular unit with gas struts tango.
After an age of tentative poking & prying I eventually twigged that it was connected via the old pop on pop off system.
So I gently took my life in my hands and......
Popped it off!!
So all sorted now & good to go.
Thanks again.
