Could I have any user feedback from coachman caravan owners please, considering buying a vision 580 in particular but general feedback would be very welcome.

I have a 2006 coachman amara 380 and love it, had no problems with it in the 5yrs we've owned it, just had it serviced , no problems and absolutely no damp

This is my second Coachman, first being a 1992 model and my current one a 1999 2 berth Coachman 'Amara' which is an earlier version of the 'Vision' model. I've had it for nearly 6 years now and still no signs of damp plus I had it serviced earlier this year with no reported problems. Put it this way, if I was going in search for another caravan my first choice would be to buy another Coachman. However, the only issue that most people have is that they can be a bit noseweight heavy but I think Coachman have addressed that now by having a different location for the leisure battery.

Hi,
I recently started a topic on here about the quality of UK built caravans as I'm looking to buy my first van and was slightly concerned with the negativity surrounding them. My neighbour has just recently bought a Coachman and very kindly let me have a peek inside, I was very impressed and am seriously considering the Vision 580 myself. I will keep my eye on this thread as I am also very interested in feedback from any owners.

i bought a 6 berth coachman brand new in 2008 we had it for 7 years and it was completey trouble free, due to my family getting older and not wanting to come anymore we changed it last year to another coachman this time a fixed bed 4 berth. Both our models were the amara which the Vision replaced both a vans are/were brilliant vans very highly speced and well made,
I actually only lost 4k when i sold my old 6 berth at 7 years old.

94 coachman genius se 500/5, i got it in 98 lasted me till 2011 and still in use. great van loved it.

Just reading this thread as I've just purchased a 2003 coachman amara and feeling we have made the right choice.
We had a swift challenger before which also was a good van with no faults

Hi there Shorn, we have had a from new a Coachman Amara festival 530 for 6 yrs no problems throughout. However we exchanged it in 2014 for a new Vision festival 560 as we wanted an end bathroom. This is our third year and once again we have had no problems. We were initially concerned about the new heating system but it is absolutely fine. Can't recommend them enough. I am happy to answer any questions regarding the Vision.
