any one else waiting for the C & CC Insurance brokers to get their system back up ? Nearly a week down & despite assurances on the phone that claims will be honoured we are getting concerned.

I wasn't particularly concerned but got my renewal quote and wanted to negotiate price. I have got fed up of ringing so have gone with a different insurance company and got it for £45 less than CCC renewal quote. I would imagine they are losing quite a bit of business

Saga was almost £100 cheaper than CC quote.

Caravan Guard was the only quote that came near Saga - that was still £50 dearer.

I am currently insured with Saga too and have always used both of the above caravan insurances as I found they have always been at least £30 cheaper in comparison to other insurance companies. Having a caravan that's 17 years old I don't want to pay over the odds because at the end of the day they will only pay out the current value of the caravan which ever company it is.

We have sold our van and want to cancel our insurance with C&CC, they better back date it to when we sold or I will not be happy. They must be losing tons of business.
