Has anyone has previously bought a caravan from Brayford Leisure in Lincoln at all?
Any feedback regarding their after sales etc. would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
The title should read Lincoln..... genuine mistake, sorry.

When looking over their caravans, some vans in my price range were not fully cleaned and looked grubby. So did not buy from them.
Hope this helps

Thanks for your reply turbo123.
Considering that Brayford Leisure has been trading since 1977 I thought there would have been a few members on this forum who may have had some dealings with them at some time whether it be good or bad.
I dealt with Brayford Leisure in 2002/3 regarding a repair to a crack in the rear panel of my 1992 Swift Rapide. I had been advised at that time, that ABS panels could only be replaced, not repaired, but having contacted Swift and several dealers nobody had the original mould. However Brayford Leisure contacted me to say they were able to repair the cracked panel far more cheaply than a replacement. The repair was excellent and as good as new. It also saved the insurance company nearly £1000. My son now has the van and the resprayed panel is the brightest panel on it.
I can only say that based on my dealings with them back then, their service was excellent.
Many thanks for your reply HumberWolf, it's much appreciated and the sort of answer I was hoping for in terms of customer service and quality. The service that they provided was obviously outstanding but at least I have received no negative comments so there must be a lot of happy customers out there.
