As pump is located in the tank possible that the pump outlet pipe to the pan has come off and therefore just pumping water around in the tank.You will need to remove top cover and investigate

Macquatic funny enough was thinking that. It looks small but now thinking maybe more water needed. Will check this out also. Appreciate all this advice. First time caravan owner.
