We just brought our 2010 sterling europa 545 out of storage to find condensation inside the centre bigger window it also has a water build up at the window base.
We had this but not as bad a month ago when we used it last, i then removed the grommits and this rectified the problem we then re inserted the grommits and put back into stirage only to find its back. Hows water getting in? Is it a new window? Ir is there a fix?
Get a watering can full of water and pour the water gently across the top of the window and see if you can see where the water is entering as it soundfs like the window could be delaminated and needs re-bonding.

Not necessarily but the window is best removed and needs to be done when the weather is fine unless you can do the job under cover for the time it takes for the adhesive to bond overnight.
The adhesive needs to be for applications for bonding Acrylic plastic together but the difficult part is clamping the inner and outer half of the window together because of the contour of the window surfaces. The best way of doing this is by using Bulldog clips at intervals and leaving overnight.
