We had a GT60 510/4 2009.The main problems at that time was inner and outer front widow panes deflection when towing causing marks inbetween them. These were replaced at the time under warranty. The other known problem, but we did not have was the rear panel cracking above the high level side marker lights.

was a very light van to tow, however i had lots of damp problems and it was repaired twice under warranty form the dealer i bought it off including replacement of wall boards.
the weak points were the strip that joins the rear GRP end cap to the roof.
the end caps cracked from the fixing screws and between the running light and the joint with the side walls.
the end caps should have been replaced under warranty by bailey but so many vans dont get serviced so no one knew there was a problem. apprently according to an ex bailey engineer it nearly sunk bailey because of the warranty claims.
looking around the storage yard there are many bailey series 5 and 6 caravans with cracks in the end caps.
examine yours both front and rear to look for cracks.
mine had been repaired and painted over but eventually the cracks opened again both sides by the running lights. the repair was not the correct solution.
just take a good look around the edges of the end caps and look for cracks or repairs.
mine also leaked through the awning rail screws and possibly the running light. it was so bad that whilst away in a rainy summer holiday in dorset the water was running down the wall and on to my sons bunk bed. i bought a tube of silicone from a local builders mergants and tried to temporarily seal it up.
