Hi Nora. Good choice I have that one too. If you find any successful recipes let us know. Pulled pork is a current favourite in our house and sooooo simple.
I cut all the fat off, run with what choice of flavourings I fancy and bung it in. No searing no water no nothing. Delicious cold with salad too. Syn free depending on your rub.
