We bought our caravan in August 2016 brand new. We went away after Boxing day and find that in the two front cupboards there was water running down from the roof. There was no heating in the back bathroom and the screws on the front window are rusting. We arrange to take the caravan in and after two weeks of not hearing anything we rang them. They told us Lunar know they have a leak problem with some new materials they have used but don't know which caravans have the leak. They confirmed our does and that they can not guarantee a repair will solve the problem. They have repaired the heating but did not mention the window screws. We have taken a letter in to say we are extremely unhappy and that we want a replacement or a refund. They said they are going to write back and tell us that we have to accept a repair.
Has anyone else had this problem where the caravan is less than 6 months old?
