I have been chasing the delivery of my awning and have been told that the company has gone into liquidation ,apparently I should have received an email explaining this but didn't , I would suggest that if you have an awning there that you get it collected before the liquidators get in or you may not get it back .
Same here ...luckily it had been cleaned but we had to pay for another company to collect. I must admit I am surprised that they are still listed in the UKcampsites directory?

I sent my awning off the beginning of February. Received e-mail to contact ipostparcels for collection which I duly did. Unfortunately ipostparcels were unable to process it due to dimensions. My awning is still at Pristine Awnings. Any idea how I can get it back?
I rang them and arranged collection myself. I would think the longer you leave it the more risk you are at as I'm not sure how the liquidators would handle the stock.
Hi there
I have tried to ring them to no avail. Do you know who the liqidators are? I am willing to send a courier up to collect it but no point in doing that if the prmises are closed up. As I live in Cornwall and cant realistickly jump in my car!! Nightmare
sorry I have no idea , I managed to get someone to pick the phone up and they sorted through the awnings and located mine , he said there were loads there so I hope everyone gets there's back , sorry I could not be of further help .
Just had a phone call from Ipost parcels. Thanks to Sue and her team they are collecting my awning from Pritine Awnings and at no extra cost to me.
That what I call going the extra mile!!!!
Decided to go away with a dirty awning.
Has any one tried getting any money back from pristine or the liquidators regarding these awnings? They had mine for 6 months and i think they deliberately left it in the bag with no attempt to even clean it. Just wondered if there was a chance of getting anything out of them as most on here have payed for a service and basically been robbed? And to top it off they didn't even have the decency to send or drop the awnings back to there owner.
Shame on you pristine.
Try your bank? I contacted my bank as I paid by visa & thankfully the money was refunded to me after just a few weeks. This was after e-mailing Pristine Awnings & asking for my money back - a very terse email reply said they were insolvent & therefore had no money to repay anyone. No apology for taking my money & failing to do the job I'd paid them for!
The bank needed full details (when the awning was sent/amount paid etc), the emails between Pristine Awnings & me & I also sent photos I'd taken before I sent the awning (in case I needed to claim for any damage in transit!!) & some taken when it came back - clearly showing the box had been untouched. As you say, shame on them!
Good luck - I hope you get your money back
Here is the only info i've got but i think the company has liquidated. Hope you get the tent back. Sounds like the owner has robbed everyone. Took most peoples money knowing full well the work would not be completed then sent the company under😡. You probably already have this info but if not i hope it helps.

Hi I paid this company 249.99 in march 2016 and I have no tent what should I do?
That is really odd as we had our awning cleaned by them ,it was sent in November 2016 ?
We did have to pay for collection in March 2017 as we had not heard but I am sure problems only occurred in the early part of 2017?
