I am just about to sterilise the water system with Puriclean in the caravan.
I have a Whale filter on the end of the pump pipe in the Aquaroll which will be replaced when I have sterilised the system.
Should I draw the Puriclean water through the whale filter in the Aquaroll or remove it first?
Thanks
It is advisable to remove the old filter to sterilise the water system ,& replace it with a new one after sterilizing . Mine was an inline filter which I had emptied of the filter charcoal .I used this to steralise the system & then replaced it with a new filter .
I must admit I don't see how you have a filter on the end of the aquaroll pump though ???
Whale states that this is not a bacterial filter so I would be inclined to leave it attached when pumping the Puriclean through the system. This is a Whale product link below which if you read the information will confirm the above.
We dumped the filter as soon as we collected our caravan as think they are a waste of time and money as we never drink water from the taps in the caravan.

I would agree with Tango.
The main water filter is in line in the van, not the one that drops into the aquaroll.
Thats just to stop you dragging any crap into the system, which may be in the roll.
After all if you use the wastemaster hose to hook up, there is no filter on that at all.
