I have seen images and seemingly outdated ads for wonderful looking inflatable awning buffers that sit between awning pole and side if caravan. They appear like two chambers of a lilo and act to seal drafts. However I am not able to purchase these anywhere on line and local caravan shop has not heard of them. Any ideas on where to pick up a pair?

The inflatable seal kit was sold by Sunncamp, might be worth asking them if they have any idea on a stockist that still has stock.

I've just ordered foam from a company called Anyfoam Ltd. You can get it cut to any size. I've ordered 2 seven foot lengths, 3 inches width and breadth at a cost of £16 including delivery.   Foam can be any density. Our plan is to put it between the pole and the already attached pads in the hope it will bridge that gap. Expect it to be delivered today.
