Well today I've seen LOADS of caravans, presumably setting off for a weekend away. Must have seen 6-7 in a 4 mile journey.
So if it was you I hope you have a lovely weekend away. As a tenter, it's still a tad chilly for me, so see you next month!

Rach,
As an ex avid tenter who now due to health issues uses a motorhome to pretend to camp I find that a really nice gesture on your part to say that..
We have made many bacon sandwiches for frozen tenters as I can sympathise with them.
Park next to us anytime bacon sandwiches will be there.
Regards,
Greg

We were away last weekend at the caravan and there were two tenters there with a couple of family sized tents
I have huge respect for them as on the Sunday morning we even had a bit of snow

The only time we camp in Britain is at Silverstone. France for us too, but it is easy for us living 30 minutes from Plymouth Ferry Port. Less stressful, less traffic, fewer people.........Heaven.
So we are not sure Rach, but it will be France pretty soon I guess.

Greg,
As an avid tent camper who is fortunate enough to still enjoy good health, I find that a really nice gesture on your part to say that.
Unfortunately, as the likelihood of us ever pitching next door to your motorhome is slim at best, I wondered if I could send you an SAE Jiffy bag, and you could perhaps forward the bacon butty next time you are doing a batch!
Rach,
We were tenting last weekend. An hour south of Snowdon's peak, which had snow on it. We had a ten minute flurry on our tent, and rain the rest of the weekend... and we had a ball!
Get EHU, get a fan heater, get some decent fleeces, and get out there. Chances are, you'll be the only tent on site, and you'd bloody love it!!

Hi,
Mucker, bacon butty on standby and not out of sympathy either.
The only time I felt sympathy was a young couple in the Brecon Beacons in January, their cooker had packed in ,they had no real gear and were frozen stiff by the morning. It had snowed heavily in the night as well.
Really used to love waking up in a tent, you can't beat it.
Always loved the smell of grass and canvas.
The main thing, we all love to be away whatever method of camping.
Meet really nice people and visit different areas.
Regards,
Greg

Northam Farm. :-) Had a few stays there. It's busy but we always have a good time. Nice pint of Doom Bar in the Seagull.
Us, not off till 2nd Easter week. Away to Whitemead, in the Forest of Dean. Absolutely love the place. So much to do. Kids have a fab time.
