on the truma hot water heating unit ,after connecting water supply ,does the unit use the water barrel continually,i know it will for the use of the hot water but not sure about the hot water heated blown hot air, does this have to be kept topped up,or does it run on the water in the unit when its full ,thanks

there are 2 separate things here. When you connect your water to the caravan, you fill the hot tank by running the hot tap until it starts to run out of the tap. Your water barrel provides water to both your hot and cold taps. The blown air heating is not reliant on water. You can run the unit as an electric or gas radiator or "fan heater.

ah rite only,just got the van,was imformed truma hot air blower ran of the water already in the truma unit when full, i have bled taps and all are hot etc, i have had the air blower running on the gas ,ill have to suss out the electric side lol
