We've recently had our first trip (a couple of nights in the New Forest) and are happy that we've got everything we *need* with the exception of an awning skirt.
So now I can start worrying about the things we *want*.
What's on your list? Mine only has wine on it so far...
I should say we've been camping for decades, so I have a fairly good idea of what we need. Just looking for those little things that are caravan-specific!

Wine is fine although the odd beer might be required if it's really hot.

Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.
To be serious, buy a good torque wrench to check your caravan wheel bolts for correct torque now and again, do you have a noseweight gauge? For us we tend not to use sites, but small basic 5van sites, rallies and temporary holiday sites (THS’s) these have no facilities, just a water tap and toilet empty point and cost from £6 to around £10 a night, so big savings and lots more outings with longer stays. Consider joining one of the Clubs, we are in both, but the C&CC have plenty of THS’s all over the country. You will need a solar panel to keep your battery charged and we also have an extra water container to change over when the other runs out, usually last thing at night or when having a shower! We also have a porch awning for weekends away and a full awning for longer stays. The main thing is to get out and enjoy.
A lot depends on where you plan to camp ... continental requirements are slightly different ... eg, keeping all that drink outside would result in hot beer!
Everyone has quite a range of different 'essentials' ... you'll grow yours fairly rapidly, so I wouldn't worry ... the safety items (nose weight, wheel nuts etc) apart, the rest is personal.
If you don't already have them,a selection of awning pegs.
Plastic ok for grass but for hardstandings or rocky ground, rockpegs are really useful, plus a hammer to put them in!
A wood or rubber mallet is not much use!
Roll of duct tape always useful.
