hi. bought new Adria in 2014 with a memory foam mattress,now 3 years old and not as comfy as when new. has anyone upgraded to a sprung mattress. problem is it is a side island bed with split down centre to gain access under bed for storage.

Theres a company on Teeside called Linthorpe beds might be worth a look Steve...specialise in that sort of thing. Cant comment on the ££££ though!

would prefer to get a spring mattress as not convinced about memory foam

I think, as you probably realise, that getting a split sprung mattress is going to be a problem. Linthorpe mentioned above do not do them, but have a custom made service, but this is only for foam.

Look at a latex overlay = better than memory foam

Not cheap though
