Hello
Me again, another post asking for advice.
I cant get to measure my van's rail to buy an awning and whilst I know the awning size is 943cms, I want to but a porch awning so need to know the rail size at the top on the level. Have any of you very clever folks out there got any measurements that you could share please?

Hello Louise - your request is very specific. I presume by 'rail size' you mean the height from ground to rail?

As long as your van is not an old style 'boat roof' and is flat roofed, then almost any porch should fit, since the mudwall would have at least 6" / 15cms or more adjustment for vans with different interior heights and different diameter wheel/tyre combinations.
