I use two dunelm toppers .
I find them very good . We have a two berth van and these fit under the seat with two duvets and two pillows I also have two other pillows that I use propped behind two cushions when lounging or watching TV .
I can't remember the name of the toppers But they are not memory foam or feather .
They were £24 each . I didn't like sleeping on seats so bought one for me then for OH wantedone . i made covers for them to slip over like a duvet cover . I can just roll them on seats . I turn my seat over as well .
I thought they were worth trying for that price . They are very good .

We got a double from dunelm last month one of there own brands, about thirty quid.
Makes a big difference, don't know how much better the more expensive brands are as we've never tried them.
Our vans only small and we manage storing it in the wardrobe, along with the quilt.
Not much room left for the clothes.... good job we travel light.
Double from Dunelm works a treat, I think they have a selection of varying thickness. We throw a double sleeping bag on top as well. Everything fits under front seats including quilt and pillows.
------------- I went to the top of the mountain...and looked over the other side!
We have a 2 berth van as well and use 2 memory foam toppers. Actually it was a double and I cut it in half as we can then choose single beds or double. Couldn't do without them, make a huge difference to the comfort levels. During the day they are rolled up and stored in the shower.
SIMPLY CANT BELIEVE OUR LUCK ,
just popped along to our local dunelm shop(chester) to see what all the fuss was about ,and looked at quiet a few different ones ,but as we got to the back of the shop there were several memory foam ones ,anti allergy 3cm thick reduced due to the outer bags being torn ,so we got our double mattress topper reduced from £45 to £15 and i thought we might as well get one for our bed at home as well a king sized reduced from £60 to £20 .we obviously both came out of the shop with massive grins on our faces
RESULT
Three centimetres? Surely the bag it came in was thicker than that? Not sure if 3cm will make a lot of difference, but would be interested to know for the weight differences.

Ithey appear to be over a inch thick in reality ,any thicker than that and I think storage would be a problem .the worst way if ones not thick enough it's easy to grab the other one off our bed and double them up or just fit the van one in between two zipped up sleeping bags
just a quick update on this ,as stated we bought two of these one for the van and one for home ,after 3 nights of home use i can state that both me and the wife are really enjoying the mattress toppers and neither of us want to get out of bed in the mornings .
