Hi we have a new 2017 bailey Madrid and got a new Kampala awning we’ve had a right job threading the awning through the rail it’s on a season pitch and hope we don’t have as much trouble getting it of any ideas

The rest of the thread says silicone spray in the awning rail does the job. Have you done that?

When I clean the caravan I use a small shoe brush, apply silicone spray to the brush bristles to clean and lubricate the awning channel. The brush is a good fit for the awning channel.
