Recently saw a video on Youtube advertising something called a Duvalay and it looks really handy. Any other there used one of these?
The reason I'm asking is that the cushions in my van are a little erm..........squashed, and using them to sleep on is getting a little uncomfortable. From what I can gather I have two options, get the cushions re-stuffed (which looks expensive) or I can try a Duvalay.
As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.

We have Duvalays - really like them. Very comfortable; easy to make up beds at night and put away in the morning. They aren't cheap and some people think they are expensive for a bit of memory foam with a duvet attached - but I wouldn't be without ours.
We have them and love them. Have the 2.5cm one which is fine on top of a decent mattress like we have in ours
I would say they won't fix a poor base though so if cushions are really quite bad i would look at getting those done first so that you have supportive cushions

Last ime I looked they didn't do doubles.
And last time I checked Mrs Alan29 and I were still married.
So no good for us.
You can put them together so they form a double with the overlapping open sides down the middle - so you can still have a cuddle, but in comfort
We too love our Duvalays and wouldn't be without them - almost 8 years old and still really comfy.
The best things the wife insisted I bought, easy to make up the beds at night and comfortable. We purchased the winter and summer pack, 2 different TOG ratings. As people have said if you want a cuddle leave the overlap down the middle.

Yep just reverse one of the duvets and your have individual covers but overlapping and then when all that nonsense is done you have your own duvet noone can pinch in the night.
thinking of getting them at home too...................
I've just bought a very expensive 2.5cm topper for my campervan.
The van is getting old and as I'm also getting older I don't find the rock and roll bed comfortable anymore. In fact much to my OH disgust I'd rather sleep in a bag on a thermarest on the floor. He refuses to buy a tent.
On first inspection the foam looks very good but the sewing of the zip on the stretchy outer layer is poor. It's well anchored but whoever used the machine wasn't very experienced in how to stretch the material to fit the zip. Its not pretty. I won't complain however as it doesn't affect the use of the product.
Having laid down on the bed with the topper it seems to be very supportive. I'll report back in a week time as I'm about to spend 7 nights in the van.
