You said it was very hot. Were 2 quilts too much? Maybe a thin sheet under and a thin breathable layer on top. I've just bought a 4.5 tog duvet to use in our camper in the UK. If it was hot abroad I'd have nothing on at all!

I just wondered if the man made fibre would make things worse, not very breathable. I think that we all sweat a lot more than we think especially in hot humid conditions.

Being a woman in her late 40s I can tell you all about night sweats!
