My plan is to store a caravan on a site, when I need it it will be placed on a pitch by the site personnel. It will remain on the site permanently . I really need a guide of how much I should be paying for a secondhand caravan . there is only me but I would like one with two seating areas so one can be turned into a bed permanently while the other remains seating . any advice would be greatly my appreciated .
IMHO you can buy 2nd hand from £100 to £20,000.00+
I would go and have a look around a caravan dealers to get a feel for what style / size caravan suits your needs and go from there.
Vans sell everywhere, dealers, ebay, gumtree, locals papers, internet web sites etc so prices will vary a lot
The style you mention is quite common to find too, happy hunting :)

Highbridge Caravans have a very nice Bailey 470/4 in which will suit you down to the ground. In addition, there are many sites in the are around Brean where a tow on and off service can be provided.
Unfortunately as you do not have down the county where you live in your profile many of us will not be able to offer the correct advice.
I want to be on one site permanently, in an ideal world I would have a static caravan but the site fees are too expensive, this seems a good compromise

Loads of nice sites around Brean where you can leave the caravan permanently but expect to pay £1500 to £2500 annually. Northam Farm in Brean do a pull on and off service.
