I would say private sale circa £7k to £8k depending on condition. Not a good time of year to sell to be honest, values reduce from now to winter and generally recover as the market does around easter time.
They may have it advertised for £8000 but they haven't sold it yet. The final sale price may well be a lot lower, extras may not add much to the value of a caravan but they make it easier to sell sometimes.
When anybody starts a thread on how much they can sell their caravan for they inevitably disagree with posters as to what the their caravan is worth. It's just like actually trying to sell the caravan. The seller & buyer will usually disagree over the value of the caravan.
So it's a stand off. The seller can help himself by selling at a time people want caravans which is spring time. This time of yr buyers want a bargain. The best advice for the op is to advertise the caravan at a price he is happy with. Then it is his decision alone as to whether he lets it go at a cheaper price.
If you are thinking of buying private right now then with a private seller then screw down the price as much as possible. Drive a hard bargain. It's a bad time of year to sell. Certainly a couple of grand below dealer forecourt price because dealers will be offering less than that.
But buying or selling. As indicated. It's a stand off. If a seller will not be realistic then be prepared to walk away. You also need to check Cris registration before handing over money in a private sale to ensure seller has title. You have to pay for the check but you can do it online.

Morning - we aren't selling. We are looking to buy our first caravan so im not arguing its worth more than it should be.
Just want to know a good price for this van with the description in the main post.
Thanks Guys
No worries. The price i quoted is where it should be. Good luck they are a good van. We liked ours although we don't have it any more.
I agree that sounds about right £7.5-8 especially this time of year. Awning could add value if pretty new and top quality but whether you want a full awning is more relevant as to me that would have zero value as I don't want one
Funnily enough they actually went up in value a few years ago and we sold our exact same model as you are talking about for only £1k less than we bought its a couple of years previously and we p/exed so didn't get top dollar
One other thing to check is if the van has had the electric heater upgrade as they are gas only as standard and that is a useful addition to have and may cost a few hundred to add on after
Good luck
