Thankyou for all your interest, a very topical subject! We have started the ball rowling with a second call to the dealer and speaking with a gentleman who deals with the warranties. He has agreed to looking at our caravan and taking photos to send to the manufacturer for their opinion, fingers crossed. I will give you an update as to our progress!
I own a 2016 Lunar Clubman SB,first service Feb 2017 found damp ranging from 28/60 % I waited seven rmonths for repair just three months later second service this week shows damp all along the caravan an 40% in a floor section. Presumed another lengthy wait. However I have had enough and will be following a route for rejection. I was in touch with a manager at Lunar last year and he told me he 'had a team looking at the problems I had' . It was not long before such correspondence ceased. Would I buy Luner again certainly not. Yet this van suited all our needs. We have had a multitude of warranty issues which have been repaired, however many should have been subject to Quality Control before leaving the factory.
I must have been lucky! We bought our van new from the show at Cottingham from a dealer some distance away stating to both that dealer and Lunar that the local dealer would be servicing the van. This among other things was a condition we placed on purchase.
Local dealer picked up a fault which we hadn’t eve noticed on its second service, it’s a 2016 Clubman SI model. Dealer took piccies which Lunar rejected so dealer sent someone to the house to take further pics which Lunar accepted.
My mate had a Lunar from new from same dealer and wouldn’t have either another Lunar van or a van from said dealer ever again.
In our case the part is on order (a complete back panel to be replaced because of 3 tiny cracks at mot 1/4 inch each), lead time is 12 weeks and dealer will contact us to get van in to fit new panel.
I’m very happy with the way both Lunar and local dealer have dealt with this. Hopefully the repair will be successful so We can go caravanning from July onwards when I retire and start taking longer caravan breaks in Europe!

If the caravan is on HP notify the finance house regarding the issues and that you want to reject the caravan as unfit for purpose. Remember you have to give the dealer one chance to repair within a reasonable time and if that repair fails then you have strong grounds for rejection. BTW IMHO reasonable time would be a month to 6 weeks and not longer.
