We have just brought an Isabella Minor very pleased with it. No problems with it during the big storms in the last 2 weeks in Cornwall and dries very quickly. Worst thing is the curtains they take ages to put together and fit so did not bother never just them anyway.
We’ve just brought an Outwell Laguna coast at approx £250 , haven’t used it yet so can’t give you an honest opinion, has a built in groundsheet and the quality of the material is excellent, has one air beam to pump up so should be pretty quick to erect, we have a Ventura Cadet for short weekends during Spring and Summer but wanted something we could just put away wet if needs be during the winter months and dry it off in the garage when we get home. We have an Isabella Concept for longer breaks which is lovely but too big for weekends....hopefully we now have an awning for every season 😉
We also have 2 rally pro's as they are pretty easy to put up, they are very robust and ours have stood up to some horrendous weather. Would I use them in the winter YES but would worry how the roof material would stand up to a few inches of snow on it, it is suggested by Kampa that they are for light use only, that is why I suggested the Kampa Rally all season. You could also look at Obelink.co.uk they have almost a dozen awnings on there for winter use at reasonable prices.
We were on a site a couple of weeks ago and saw several of these on seasonal vans. They stood up to a howling gale one night when other full awnings and air awnings collapsed.
We have a small sunn camp, it's used for weekends now when time is short, it stands in bad weather, cold, wet, windy, frost. It's fine for boots and one chair if the sun shines. Happy with it
