Has anyone used wet and forget on their caravans? Does it indeed banish mould and green algae from the roof? Does it damage the van or is it safe to use on vans? Any experiences?

Works well on my paths and patio but I wouldn’t use it on my Caravan. I think there’s instructions on the label.
I use diluted washing powder and brush it on my Caravan when it has a lot of “greenery” and black stains. Comes up like new after a rinse off. Fenwicks do products but I swear by Arial.

Same as Oxter.
Washing powder does a great job.
But you will need to polish and wax after.

Read in W&F's web site. It say it IS safe to use on caravans and I think awnings too....

If the weather would stay dry long enough, I'd have the van home, washed and sprayed with wet and forget for the winter.

But I can't see that happening any time soon....

We have used W&F on patios, fibreglass furniture and a dinghy. It is brilliant.

They say it is safe on caravans, but have not tried it as ours is always in the garage when not touring.

It worked well on the dinghy and did not affect the gel coat.

Fenwicks overwinter. Yes, we use it, the caravan stays clean and it helps the paint after it's washed off in the spring. It repels water and when washed it comes off easily and leaves the caravan like it's been polished. It is a bit of a faff washing the caravan first as I use a 2 stage treatment from fenwicks the cleaner followed by bobby dazzler, then microfibre towel the van dry then spray on the overwinter. I have also done it over a few days also which works just as well.

Try using Elbow Grease. Cheap and cheerful and does the job well.It's great for those black streaks.
