I missed my usual November caravan weekend due to pressure of work. I think a mid winter weekend is in order as Easter is a long time away. there is nothing more relaxing than a weekend in the caravan, a good supply of real ale listening to Kizzy snoring (and farting)

Just got home from a 5 day trip to Delamere forest, it was a lovely trip, warm van, lots of snow, nice walks around the forest park, Christmas shopping in Chester, loved it.
There was a few on site including someone in a TENT.

We are away at the Camping & Caravanning Club site at Moffat. I had to break the ice on the aquaroll this morning but lovely and warm inside the caravan. The on-board water tank is now full and I am writing this in a nice warm pub.
I bought cheap led Christmas lights one January and they look nice round the outside of the caravan.
Our next booked trip is next month to York.

We camped for years. In 2019 we bought an Elddis Avante 454. We like it as it is short (6.9m) and fits in our driveway and has a fixed bed.
We had 127 nights away in the caravan in 2023.
