Have a word with other caravan owners. We have recently moved to a completely different part of the country and had the same problem. In the end, a neighbour mentioned somewhere they stored their caravan. We rang immediately and they had spaces. Not CaSSOA, but the security is pretty tight, so we feel relaxed about it.
