The front window is sloping and there is a rail top and bottom and my question is how well will the curtains slide when pulled back? I intend using new popper tape but my concern is that the friction created by two sets of rails will make drawing the curtains difficult - any advice please?

Not everyone has pull-down blinds though. We don't. We don't have any problem with pulling our curtains though.

The only problem with the popper tape that I can see is a long term one. The plastic tape itself does break down and become brittle, but I suspect this takes many years. I have had to sew a couple of poppers back on, as the tape has broken down at the ends and the poppers came off. Our caravan is old though, 1992.
